 ABOUT DR KAMESH 

• DR KAMESH S/o. PERI KAMESWARA RAO(Late), Born at  Bandarulanka, ,Amalapuram Mandal, A High Greenary Environment ( KONASEEMA Belt of East Godavari). Hailing from an Orthodox Dravidian Brahmin Family. His Father served as Work Inspector at R&B Department, Bhadachalam, Andhra Pradesh, schooling was in Bhadachalam.
• His early childhood days, were spent at his native place of East Godavari District ,Andhra Pradesh. Due to his Father’s transfer to Bhadachalam Agency Region as Work Inspector in Roads and Building Department of the then United Andhra Pradesh, his entire family moved to Bhadachalam. His Father was instrumental and part in construction of prestigious Bridge on Holi River Godavari Basin.
• DR KAMESHwas always interested in sports and used to play Badminton, Kabaddi and enjoyed Swimming. He enjoyed regular exercises to keep himself physically fit. He regularly participated in RSS(RASTRIY SWAYAM SEWAK SANGH) activities.
• He participated in RSS Activities from the age of 6, along with his father. His routine starts at 4 AM. He started practicing yogasanas from the age of 13, from many yoga gurus.
• He was also trained by Mr Ayyangar, the popular yoga guru, that left a great impact on him. From then on, he started Yoga practice at Hanuman Vyayam Shala at Bhadachalam. While in college, he practiced various methods of yoga with his gurus and friends. He won Silver medal for his physical fitness, when he participated in Body Building Competition at Inter-Degree collegiate competitions.
• He Graduated in Science from Kakatiya University in 1992 from Bhadachalam.
• DR KAMESH came to  Hyderabad in early 1990’s for further education, completed Bachelor of Education ( B. Ed)and started tutorial college at Osmania University vicinity to serve the poor in their education viz Evening classes for almost 11 years, as part time.  He appeared for various number of State and Central government competitive examination, qualified to mains in Group- I.
• He went to Bhadachalam, when his father passed away, and returned to Hyderabad with his mother. His mother served in a private school as Science Teacher for senior students for 3 decades.
• Government Association: DR KAMESH got an opportunity with Chief Engineer, National Highways Office, in State Government. Served the Government for 6 years, where he learned and got accustomed to operating Computer courses, Yoga certified courses etc.
• His interest on the Nature Cure brought him closer to the Natural Therapeutics. He again started studying on the same while serving the Government. Completed Diploma in Nature curefrom TRIDEV NATURE CURE INSTITUTE, affiliated to Medicinal Alternative and INPA (INDIAN NATUROPATHIC ASSOCIATION,DELHI) Nashik. Also studied Medicinal Herbalism in 2002 from INTERNATIONAL COMPLIMENTARY MEDICINE and completed his  BACHELOR DEGREE.
• He did various courses, got certifications in modern Journalism in 2003 from AFJA, Chennai and has membership  of (ALL INDIA FREE LANCE JOURNALISM).
• Graduation in Alternative systems and Medicine (BASM) in 2004 from an institute affiliated with an International University for Complementary Medicine, Recognized by USSR,UNITED NATIONS PEACE UNIVERSITY.
• He left the Government job, in 2002 and started to serve the mankind through Holistic Medicine practice and earned a good reputation. He started Yoga and Fitness classes, in order to expand his health services. Started Nature Cure practice in 1999. In which promoted various Natural Health Products, attracted by the huge response, started an organization“SIKHA “(SRI KAMESWARI INTEGRATED HEALTH &AYURVEDIC) 1999.  Himself an Entrepreneur, gifted his wife, Mrs. Jaya, with SUMASRI BEAUTY & HEALTH CARE.
• His wife, Mrs. Jaya, also possess various Diploma Certifications in Beauty care, Health and Yoga. This enterprise run by his wife, Mrs. Jaya,
• Of this Enterprise, many franchisees were opened by the name, CLINIK in Vijayawada, Vizag, Tirupathi, Bapatla,Tenali,Addanki and, Chirala.Mrs Jaya, started Integrated “Beauty, Obesity and Health services”. Conducted number of Health Camps in all Areas of ANDHRA PRADESH and TELANGANA
• In 2008 he completed his MASTER’S DEGREE IN MEDICINE, MDHolistic and Alternative medicine,Fellowship (FRHS) from rural health society. He secured a “Lifestyle medicine certification” from Harvard medical school, Boston, Massachusetts and practiced the Lifestyle medicine for 14years. He enthusiastically trained Number of students in different alternative health systems like Nature-cure,Yoga,Power yoga,Herbal Beauty care,Acupressure,Herbal medicine,Bach flower remedies,reflexology,Ayurveda Panchakarma and Vedic diet.
• DR KAMESH developed a Body Type Analysis, Health counseling sheets and performed constitutional test on his own with an innovative software. HE is recognized for his counseling services like Marriage Counseling, Obesity Counseling, Thyroid Counseling, Diet Counseling, Fitness Counseling, AIDS and CANCER Counseling, Alcohol, Drugs de Addiction and so on.  He mainly concentrated on Obesity and Fitness thoroughly in  Integrated Health care, which has given positive results for number of  people, and the results have motivated him to practice more on the same.
• In general, many showed keen interest in his lifestyle and health techniques.  Many follows his simple remedies andtechniques to maintain their health.
• He is a well-known personality in Film Circles, among Political Leaders, Health Professionals, Beauty Professionals and in his vast network of people. He regularly treats many with a special approach, called, BODYTYPE APPROACH.
• Lifestyle Medicine Harvard, Boston, USA.: Attended Apollo Hospital Group’s “Life Style Medicine” Course, conducted at Delhi, India in collaboration with Harvard University, Boston USA.
• He encourages farmers in  Organic Vegetable Cultivation and promoting Organic foods in their Health Care Centers.
• He Opened a Life Style Medicine centre WWF- LITE LIFE HEALTHCARE, inaugurated by SRI BANDARU DATTATREYA (His Excellency GOVERNOR of Himachal Pradesh), along with SRI CHINTALA RAMACHANDRA REDDY (BJP MLA, KHAIRATABAD), LIONS CLUB Leaders, Film and Media personalities.
