On stage · Coimbatore
Interactive programmes on behaviour, psychology, leadership, communication, entrepreneurship and financial literacy — built around experiential learning rather than slides.
Talks for colleges, corporates, leadership conferences and youth summits that mix research, lived experience and stories people actually act on.
Green Festival, Green Ganesha and school climate literacy drives that turn awareness into everyday habits — waste, water, plastic, biodiversity.
Entrepreneur mentoring, thought-leadership articles and THE EARTH — a book about what we owe the planet and each other.
In the room
With an academic background spanning management, psychology and commerce, Dr. Ashwin Nithish combines research with practical experience to design learning that sticks.
His work runs across educational institutions, corporate organisations, government departments, NGOs and community initiatives — always aimed at the same outcome: future-ready individuals with strong values, leadership ability and a sense of social responsibility.
Environmental conservation has been one of Dr. Ashwin Nithish’s lifelong missions. Through the Green Festival and Green Ganesha campaigns, he makes the case that celebrations can be joyful and clean at the same time.
Alongside the campaigns, climate change awareness programmes in 58 government schools have introduced thousands of students to biodiversity conservation, waste management, water conservation and the real cost of plastic — in language they can carry home to their families.

Recognised for carrying ideas that shift how an audience sees its own responsibility — and for keeping the conversation going after the talk ends.
A full day and night of unbroken speaking on sustainability and climate action, covered widely in the regional press.
A record-setting drive to put essential money skills — saving, budgeting, borrowing well — in front of people who were never taught them.
Civic and environmental recognition for sustained community service and conservation work.
The book
A reflection on humanity’s relationship with nature, and on the responsibility that comes with it.
The book moves through climate change, biodiversity, conservation, sustainable living and environmental ethics — not as a lecture, but as an invitation to become an active contributor to a greener, healthier planet.
My vision is to empower individuals with knowledge, values and leadership skills while inspiring communities to build a sustainable future. Through education, innovation and environmental stewardship, I strive to create lasting social impact and contribute to a world where people and nature thrive together.Dr. Ashwin Nithish
