What we collect
If you submit the enquiry form or use the WhatsApp chat panel, you may share your name, organisation, email address, phone number and the details of your request. Nothing else is collected about you on this site.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry about a talk, workshop, campaign or media request.
- To arrange dates, formats and logistics for a confirmed session.
- To keep a simple record of past engagements.
What we do not do
Your details are never sold, rented or passed to third parties for marketing. You will not be added to any mailing list without explicitly asking to be.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and some photographs are served by Unsplash; those providers may log standard request information such as your IP address and browser type in line with their own policies.
The WhatsApp button and chat panel simply open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Nothing you type into the panel is stored on this website; the conversation itself is governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry details are kept only as long as they are useful for arranging or recording an engagement. You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion at any time by writing to hello@ashwinnithish.com.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
