What Makes Copra Edible Grade
Clean handling from the drying yard
Edible grade copra is sun dried, sorted and handled for food use. Anything discoloured, cracked or below size goes to the milling stream instead.
Uniform pieces
Confectioners, snack manufacturers and temple suppliers want consistency. Our selected copra and medium copra grades are sorted for it.
