Phoenix Smart Solutions provides electronic security, home automation, networking, and related installation and maintenance services. All services are subject to separate service agreements.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change based on site conditions and material costs.
All installations are carried out by trained engineers. Product warranties are governed by respective manufacturer terms. Our workmanship warranty is 12 months from the date of installation.
Payment terms are outlined in the individual service agreement. A deposit may be required before work commences.
Phoenix Smart Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages beyond the value of services provided.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
