1. About Us
Toni & Guy Coimbatore is operated by Beauty & Fashion Private Limited, a company of the Paulsons Group, located at No.11, Thiruganasambandam Road, Racecourse, Coimbatore 641018, Tamil Nadu, India. We operate the Toni & Guy hair salon and Chakra Urban Spa.
2. Appointments & Bookings
Making an Appointment
- Appointments can be made by phone, WhatsApp, email or in person
- Walk-in clients are welcome, subject to stylist availability
- We recommend booking in advance for colour services, bridal packages and spa treatments
Cancellations & No-Shows
- We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- For colour, keratin, and spa treatments, 48 hours notice is appreciated
- Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings
- We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments without adequate notice
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density and the specific technique required
- A consultation will be conducted before any colour or chemical service
- We accept cash and major digital payment methods
- Deposits may be required for group bookings or bridal packages
4. Services & Results
Consultations
A thorough consultation is conducted before all colour, chemical and major treatments. We will advise you on the best approach for your hair type and desired outcome. Results may vary depending on your existing hair condition and colour history.
Hair Services
- We use Toni & Guy professional products and internationally proven techniques
- Results from colour treatments depend on your natural hair pigment and previous treatments
- We do not guarantee identical results to images shown during consultation, as individual hair characteristics vary
- Multiple sessions may be required to achieve certain colour results safely
Spa & Skin Services
- Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, medications or medical history before treatments
- A patch test is recommended before chemical or colour services if you have sensitive skin
- Chakra Urban Spa services are performed by trained professionals using Sothys, Dermalogica and Skeyndor products
5. Health & Safety
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies or skin sensitivities before receiving services
- We reserve the right to decline a service if we believe it may cause harm to the client
- Clients with known allergies to hair dye or chemical treatments should request a patch test at least 48 hours before their appointment
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
6. Retail Products
Products purchased in-salon are non-returnable and non-refundable unless found to be defective. Please check your products at the time of purchase. Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days with proof of purchase.
7. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional offers unless stated
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced
- Vouchers are non-transferable
8. Liability
We take every care to provide professional services and a safe environment. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any allergic reactions where a patch test was recommended and declined
- We are not responsible for pre-existing hair or scalp conditions
- Our liability for any service is limited to the cost of that service
- We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, logo, design and brand elements — is the property of Beauty & Fashion Private Limited or is used under licence from Toni & Guy International. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
10. Website Use
Our website is provided for informational purposes. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is up-to-date at all times. Service availability and pricing should be confirmed by contacting the salon directly.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
