Founder President of ASWO, who has over 20 years of experience in the field of Community Development in the NGO sector. He is a Visionary leader who envisages ‘a powered society through an empowered community’.

Dr. Mrs. D. Uhaya Banu M.Sc., Ph.D.

Dr. Udhaya Banu is an Environmentalist and has secured a Doctorate degree in Environment Studies. She is an avid conserver of Nature, who is also passionate about exploring new trends in farming.

Mrs. J . Jeslin Sofiya M.A., B.ED.,

Ms. Sofiya has great passion towards social service and charity, these virtues had been inculcated since her childhood. She is a keen observant and loves socializing with people.

Ms. Roshini is a very perceptive young woman who has a flair for travelling and exploring traditions and cultures across the country. She is also an environment enthusiast who loves nature in all its radiance.
