4. Quotations and Orders

4.1 Quotations

All quotations issued by Fireworld Fiber Glass are subject to the following conditions:

• Quotations are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing
• Quoted prices are based on current material costs and are subject to revision if material prices change significantly before order confirmation
• Quotations do not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted by both parties
• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any quotation prior to its formal acceptance

4.2 Order Acceptance

An order is considered accepted and binding only upon written confirmation from Fireworld Fiber Glass, which may be provided via email or official purchase order acknowledgment. The acceptance of an order is subject to product availability, credit approval, and verification of order details.

4.3 Custom Orders

Custom-manufactured products, including non-standard tank sizes, special configurations, or bespoke fiberglass fabrications, are subject to additional terms. Custom orders may require detailed engineering drawings and approval before manufacture, are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has commenced, and may require extended lead times depending on complexity and specifications.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

• All prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) or United States Dollars (USD), as specified in the quotation
• Prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Delivery, installation, and any additional services are charged separately unless included in the quotation
• We reserve the right to adjust prices to reflect changes in raw material costs, currency fluctuations, or regulatory requirements

5.2 Payment Terms

• Standard payment terms are as specified in the quotation or invoice
• Custom orders and large projects may require an advance deposit of up to 50% of the total order value before production commences
• The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or upon completion of installation, as agreed
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or other methods agreed upon in writing
• Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance

6. Delivery and Installation

6.1 Delivery

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to meet stated delivery dates, delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, logistics, or other factors beyond our control
• Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location, product size, and weight, and are specified in the quotation
• Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the buyer upon delivery to the specified location
• The buyer is responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and reporting any visible damage or discrepancies within 48 hours

6.2 Installation

• Installation services are available for select products and are subject to separate terms and pricing as outlined in the quotation
• The buyer is responsible for site preparation, including ensuring adequate access for delivery vehicles and installation equipment, providing a level and structurally sound foundation or base as per our engineering specifications, and obtaining all necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
• Any site-related issues that delay or prevent installation may result in additional charges
• Installation does not include plumbing, electrical connections, or civil works unless specifically included in the scope of the quotation

7. Product Warranty

7.1 Warranty Coverage

Fireworld Fiber Glass warrants that its GRP products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. Our warranty terms are as follows:

• GRP products are warranted against manufacturing defects for the period specified in the product documentation or quotation
• The warranty covers defects arising from faulty materials or manufacturing processes
• Warranty repairs or replacements will be carried out at our discretion, using new or equivalent materials

7.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow our installation and maintenance guidelines
• Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations
• Normal wear and tear, including UV degradation beyond expected parameters
• Damage caused by chemical exposure not specified in the product's chemical resistance chart
• Damage caused by natural disasters, acts of God, or force majeure events
• Products that have been subjected to loads, pressures, or temperatures exceeding the stated specifications

7.3 Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us in writing with a detailed description of the defect, photographic evidence, proof of purchase, and the date of installation. Claims must be submitted within the warranty period. We will assess the claim and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Fireworld Fiber Glass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our products, services, or website
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the sale of products or provision of services shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim
