What is Frozen Fruit Pulp?
Frozen fruit pulp is a versatile product used in juices, nectars, jams, ice creams, candies, yogurts, cereal bars, and even alcoholic beverages. We carefully select fully matured fruits, which are quickly transported to our processing facility, inspected, washed, deseeded, and pulp-extracted. Through the HTST (High Temperature Short Time) process, we thermally process and aseptically fill the pulp into pre-sterilized, hermetically sealed bags, ensuring maximum freshness and nutrition.
