Rotational molding produces seamless, one-piece tanks with uniform wall thickness throughout, eliminating any joints, welds, or seams that could potentially leak.

The LLDPE material is food-grade certified and FDA approved for potable water storage, containing no BPA or harmful plasticizers. The material is UV-stabilized with carbon black or titanium dioxide additives to prevent degradation from prolonged sun exposure.

Fireworld offers polyethylene tanks in capacities ranging from 200 liters to 10,000 liters, available in vertical, horizontal, and underground configurations. Standard colors include black (maximum UV protection), white, blue, and green — with custom colors available upon request. Each tank is designed with a reinforced rim for structural rigidity, a molded-in inlet fitting, overflow connection, and a bottom drain outlet. All fittings use brass or stainless steel threads for long-term corrosion resistance.

While GRP tanks are preferred for large-capacity and industrial applications, polyethylene tanks offer the most economical solution for smaller-scale water storage needs. They are impact-resistant, lightweight (easily handled by 2-3 workers for smaller sizes), and require zero maintenance over their operational lifetime.
