Nithilam Publications is a research center with emphasis on contemporary new perspectives and reviews in the long-standing field of Tamil language and other fields. It also serves as a new field of study that paves the way for world-wide study along with the guidelines of study methods. Our journal adopts a standard archival policy of depositing in the Internet Archive for long-term preservation. Peer reviewers will advise the authors if they have any constructive suggestions to publish the article in the journal or to make some changes to the article. If a third reviewer is appointed, his decision will be final. The evaluation editor will recommend to the editor with their decision and appropriate changes to be published in the article.
A PDF of e-Certificate will be issued for issue and release. In case of print, the certificate will be sent by post. Editors are responsible for deciding which articles to publish. The principal teacher is guided by the guiding principles of the faculty. The responsible editor can ignore any material in the manuscript that does not follow the legal requirements regarding defamation, copyright infringement and plagiarism.
Essays should be evaluated for academic merit only without any commercial impact.
Reviewers check and evaluate timely and inform the lead author. Manuscripts received for review should be kept confidential. Information or intellectual ideas obtained through peer review should be kept confidential and not used for personal gain or their profession.
If an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in a published work, it is the author's duty to notify the primary editor and assist the author in withdrawing or revising the article to make it academically worthy.
Manuscripts should be evaluated on the basis of intellectual merit without any bias from the authors. To ensure that the revised book chapter is published on time, reviewers should monitor the scheduled dates and assist the authors in expediting the publication.
Authors should verify the authenticity and consistency of all articles submitted through Plagiarism X for English and Plagiarisma for articles written in Tamil. Plagiarized manuscripts are subject to plagiarism sanctions.
Any misleading and incorrect data, comments, statements, and plagiarism issues are the sole responsibility of the concerned article author. The Editorial Board assumes no responsibility or liability under such consequences. Article authors are solely responsible for any legal issues and lapses in publication ethics.
The magazine will acquire the copyright by obtaining a license transfer form from the author. The publisher of the magazine will not be held responsible if the creators use it in a wrong way and create problems.
