Submission Process

Follow these steps to get your research published

Prepare Your Manuscript

Ensure your manuscript follows journal formatting guidelines. Include a structured or non-structured abstract (150–250 words), 5–10 keywords, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, conclusions, and references (in the respective journal's own style). Use Times New Roman 11pt, 1.5 line spacing, and submit in .docx format.

Manuscript Submission

Visit the respective journal website and use the online submission portal. Fill the necessary details and submit it directly. Attach a cover letter indicating the journal name and article type along with your manuscript file, if submitted via e-mail.

Authors will receive an email within one week from the submission date that will contain a unique manuscript ID if the initial screening process is successfully completed. Email notification will also be sent even if the paper fails to clear the initial screening round.

Double-Blind Peer Review

Submitted manuscripts are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. Both author and reviewer identities remain anonymous throughout the review. Authors will receive detailed comments within 4–6 weeks of submission.

Revision, Acceptance & Publication

Authors revise manuscripts based on reviewer feedback and resubmit through the same email thread. Upon final editorial acceptance, the manuscript proceeds to production, DOI assignment, and open-access publication.

Manuscript Format

Microsoft Word (.docx), Times New Roman 11pt, 1.5 line spacing. Figures and tables must be numbered, captioned, and of high resolution.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)

Open-access charges apply to accepted manuscripts. Authors are informed during final acceptance.
