Authors Guidelines

Manuscripts Submission:The Full Text Manuscripts should be submitted by the corresponding author of the manuscript through the Online Submission Process on the homepage of the website or by simply mailing us at neyanpublications@gmail.com.Only the Word (.doc,.docx) files can be submitted through the online system. Submissions in any other format will not be accepted. For technical reason submission through the online process or by e-mail is if not possible, the author can contact us anytime for help.

Article Types for Submission: All submitted formatted full-text articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Neyan Publications Journals/Conferences should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. These types of articles should be submitted to the Neyan Publications journals/conferences:

a)Research Articles: These articles should describe new and carefully confirmed findings, and experimental procedures should be given sufficient detail for others to verify the work. The length of a full text article should be the minimum required to describe and interpret the work clearly.
b)Short Notes: A short note article is suitable for recording the results of complete small investigations or giving details of new models or hypotheses, innovative methods, techniques or apparatus. The style of main sections need not conform to that of full-length papers.
c)Review Articles: These articles should describe the literature survey of a specific topic and some introduction and methodologies used to find the results. Maximum number of references should be added to make a good review article.
d)Case Study: These articles should describe some new and carefully confirmed results, and experimental procedures should be given with details to verify the work. The comparison of the proposed approach with existing approaches should be there.

Terms of Submission: Manuscripts must be submitted on the understanding that they have not been published elsewhere and are not currently under consideration in any other journal or conference. The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the article's publication has been approved by all the other co-authors. Further correspondence and proofs will be sent to the author(s) before publication unless otherwise indicated. It is a condition of submission of a paper that the authors permit editing of the paper for readability and Journals/Conferences premises.

Units of Measurement:Units of measurement should be presented simply and concisely using System International (SI) units. A list of non-standard Abbreviations should be added in the articles. In general, non-standard abbreviations should be used only when the full term is very long and used often. Each abbreviation should be spelled out and introduced in parentheses the first time it is used in the text.

Manuscript Format and style (Writing Guide): When submitting manuscripts for review in the Journal/conference, please submit an original editable file in one of the .doc or .docx files as indicated in the Paper Template given in the ‘Downloads’ tab on the homepage. All figures, images, tables, etc., should be embedded into the original file. All submitted full text articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Neyan Publications journals/conferences should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Detailed instructions on preparing papers for submission can be found in the Paper Template and Copyright Form.

Title:The manuscript title should be concise and meaningful. It should have 24 fonts in Times New Roman and bold format. It should be followed up by the Authors name with their affiliation, country and e-mail id’s.

Abstract: The manuscript should contain an abstract. The abstract should be self-contained and citation-free and should not exceed 150 words.

Keywords: Add about 4 to 5 key words or phrases in alphabetical order, separated by commas.

Introduction: This section should be demonstrated with a brief summary of the topic or work carried out in the manuscript with no subheadings.

Preparation of Figures: Each figure should be embedded in the electronic manuscript file. All figures should be cited in the manuscript in a consecutive order. Each figure is subject to resizing to fit into the column's width of or the full text width for consistency and clarity. The labels of the figures are also subject to resizing to be of minimum 9pt according to the journals/conferences specifications.

Preparation of Tables: Tables should be cited consecutively in the text. Every table must have a descriptive title and if numerical measurements are given, the units should be included in the column heading. Vertical rules should not be used.

Acknowledgments: All acknowledgments (if any) should be included at the very end of the manuscript before the references and may include supporting grants, presentations, and so forth.

Biographies:A brief biography of each author with/without a clear passport size photograph may be indicated before or after the references at the end of the manuscript.

References: Authors are responsible for ensuring that the information in each reference is complete and accurate. All references must be numbered consecutively and citations of references in text should be identified using numbers in square brackets (e.g., “as discussed by Barrack [1]”; “as discussed elsewhere [6, 8]”). All references should be cited within the text; otherwise, these references will be automatically removed.

Proofs and Reprints: Corrected proofs must be returned to the publisher within 2-3 days of receipt. The publisher will do everything possible to ensure prompt publication. It will therefore be appreciated if the manuscripts and figures conform from the outset to the style of the journals/conferences.

Copyright Transfer: One of the authors of the manuscript should sign the copyrights of their manuscripts and send the scanned copy to the editor before the publication of manuscript. The copyright form can be downloaded from the ‘Downloads’ tab on the homepage.
