1. Company Information

These Terms govern services provided by Phoenix Smart Solutions, managed by Sampath Kumar SV, operating from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Contact: +91 97860 00666 | sampath.pheonix@gmail.com

2. Services

Phoenix Smart Solutions provides electronic security and smart automation products including CCTV, fire alarms, access control, home automation, networking, AV systems, and annual maintenance contracts.

3. Quotations and Pricing

• Quotations valid for 30 days from date of issue
• Subject to revision based on site conditions
• Exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
• Additional civil/electrical work charged separately

4. Payment Terms

• 50% advance before material procurement
• 40% before or on day of installation
• 10% final payment upon project completion
• AMC payments due at contract signing/renewal

5. Warranty

Product Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 1–3 years). Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer terms.

Installation Warranty

12-month workmanship warranty from project handover date. Excludes physical damage, power surges, unauthorized modifications, and normal wear and tear.

6. AMC Terms

AMC covers preventive maintenance per agreed schedule. Breakdown support response within 24 hours on business days. Replacement parts charged separately unless on Comprehensive plan. AMC is non-transferable and non-refundable once commenced.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear site access during agreed working hours
• Ensure adequate electrical supply as per survey recommendations
• Not tamper with or modify installed equipment without prior consent
• Report system malfunctions promptly

8. Limitation of Liability

Phoenix Smart Solutions shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy.
