The terms governing your use of our website, products and installation services.
By engaging Phoenix Smart Solutions for any product, installation, AMC or consultation service, you agree to the following terms.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are inclusive of standard installation but exclude civil work, scaffolding, and any structural modifications which will be quoted separately.
Standard payment terms: 50% advance on order confirmation, 40% on delivery of equipment, 10% on installation and commissioning. AMC contracts are billed annually in advance.
All products come with manufacturer warranty (typically 1–3 years depending on the product). Phoenix provides 12 months warranty on installation workmanship from the date of commissioning.
During the warranty period, we provide free service for all manufacturing defects. After warranty, services are billed as per our published rates or per AMC contract terms.
Phoenix's liability is limited to the value of products and installation invoiced. We are not liable for consequential losses, business interruption, or damage caused by misuse, third-party tampering, or force majeure.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Coimbatore courts.
