What causes frizz?

Three things. Humidity frizz means a lifted cuticle letting water in. Damage frizz means broken bonds, worst at the mid-lengths and ends. Dryness frizz means moisture loss across the whole head.

Will you ever refuse a treatment?

Yes. Hair that snaps on a wet-stretch test should not receive keratin or lightening. We propose a repair course first. It costs us the booking and saves you a haircut.

How do I know if my hair is high or low porosity?

A float test. A shed strand dropped in water sinks quickly if high porosity, floats if low. High porosity needs protein and sealants; low porosity needs heat and lightweight humectants.

How much do treatments cost?

Keratin from Rs.3,000 by length. Hair botox and rebonding from Rs.4,500. Professional hair spa from Rs.4,500.

Do you have a dedicated treatment room?

Yes — sealed and ventilated with extraction, as chemical smoothing systems release vapour under heat.
