Services divide into three families. Cutting and styling covers cuts, blow-dries and event work. Colour covers global application, root touch-up, highlights, balayage and correction. Treatment covers keratin, botox, rebonding, scalp therapy and professional hair spa.

Each family prices on a different logic and each starts with the same thing: a consultation that establishes what your hair can actually take before anyone commits to what it will receive.

Colour

Formulated to your base, not to a swatch. Patch test for first-time guests.

Yes for first-time colour — 48 hours before the appointment. It takes five minutes and costs nothing.

What is the difference between the stylist grades?

Assessed academy hours and independent floor experience. Senior grades handle restructuring cuts, difficult texture and correction work.

Can I request a specific stylist?

Yes, and it is worth doing once you find someone who reads your hair well. Continuity beats grade.

Do you do bridal and event styling?

Yes, booked separately from regular styling. Book an initial consultation well ahead of the date.

Are children's haircuts available?

Yes, at a fixed price regardless of stylist grade. Weekday mid-mornings are the calmest slots.
