1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and engaging with Unique Air Solutions for products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Products and Services

Unique Air Solutions offers sales, service, and support for compressed air systems, pneumatic equipment, vacuum pumps, and MAINI material handling equipment. All product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Quotations and Orders

  • All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a written purchase order and acceptance by Unique Air Solutions.
  • Prices are exclusive of GST and any applicable delivery charges unless explicitly stated.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are as mutually agreed and stated in the purchase order or invoice. Late payments may attract interest as per applicable laws. We reserve the right to withhold delivery or service until payment is received.

5. Delivery and Installation

Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to manufacturer availability, logistics, and site readiness. Unique Air Solutions shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control. Installation services are provided as agreed in the scope of work.

6. Warranty

Products supplied by Unique Air Solutions carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer (Anest Iwata, MAINI, etc.). Warranty is void if equipment is misused, improperly maintained, or modified without authorisation.

7. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

AMC terms, coverage, and exclusions are as specified in the individual AMC agreement. AMCs are non-transferable. Response times are best-effort and may vary based on location and availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Unique Air Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific product or service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Unique Air Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
