Coir Fiber Bales
Coir fiber bales are extracted out of coconut husk and graded depending on the process. Mattress fiber, mixed fiber, omat fiber and bristle fiber are some of the common grades.
The extracted fiber is dried to maintain moisture level and goes through quality control to manage impurities and other particles. Finally, the fiber is compressed into bales with plastic strapping to maximise loadability. Loadability will not be less than 18MT in a 40 HC container.
