1. About these terms

This website is operated by Lakshmi Construction Chemicals, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Information on this site

We keep the content accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general guidance only. System descriptions, thicknesses, cure times, coverage figures and areas served are typical values, not specifications for your building. Nothing on this website is a technical recommendation for a particular site.

Project areas, dates and figures shown in the Projects and Gallery sections are illustrative unless stated otherwise. Photographs may show representative work rather than the specific project described.

3. Quotations and orders

• Enquiries made through this site are requests for a quotation, not orders.
• No contract exists until we issue a written quotation and you accept it in writing.
• Prices shown in a quotation hold for the period stated on it. After that they are subject to revision.
• A quotation is based on the condition of the site as inspected. Concealed defects found after work begins — structural cracking, hidden dampness, contaminated substrate — may change the scope and the price, and we will tell you before proceeding.

4. Warranty

Where we supply and apply a system, we issue a written warranty covering the system and our workmanship for the period stated in the quotation. The warranty is valid only if the work was carried out by us with material supplied by us.

It does not cover: later structural movement or settlement; penetrations, fixings or alterations cut through the treated surface after handover; damage from third-party work; blocked or neglected drainage; misuse; or normal wear. The maintenance schedule issued at handover must be followed.

Material sold over the counter carries the manufacturer's own warranty and no application warranty from us.

5. Site work

You are responsible for providing safe access, power and water at the site, and for clearing the working area of stock, equipment and vehicles unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Delays caused by access being unavailable may affect the programme and the price.

6. Intellectual property

The design, text, logo and layout of this website belong to Lakshmi Construction Chemicals. You may view, download and print pages for your own use in evaluating our services. You may not republish, sell or systematically copy the content without our written permission. Brand partner names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Links to other sites

Where we link to a third-party website, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Our liability for work carried out is governed by the contract and warranty for that work.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
